Ham and Cheese Empanada

Ham and a blend of cheeses wrapped in a flour dough pastry and fried or baked to perfection. 

Ham: cured with: Water, Salt, Potassium Lactate, Sugar, Dextrose, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Diacetate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite. Dough: Flour( enriched bleaced wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine monoitrate, riboflavon, folic acid), Water, Vegetable Shortening(palm oil), Salt, Dough Conditioner(sodium metabisulfite). Mozzarella(pasteurized whole milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, and anti-caking agent). Mayonnaise: pure vegetable soya, canola oils, eggs yolks, vinegar, water, salt, sugar, natural flavors, calcium disodium, EDTA(used to protect quality), Water, Palm Oil.
