Spinach and Cheese Empanada

Spinach cooked and seasoned with spices and a blend of cheeses wrapped in a dough pastry and fried or baked to perfection. 

Dough: Flour (Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, niacin, iron, thianmine monoitrate, ribo flavon, folic acid), Water, Vegetable Shortening (palm oil), Salt, Dough Conditioner (sodium metabisulfite). Cheese: pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes and annatto (if colored), powdered cellulose and dextrose added to prevent caking. Spinach: Ricotta Cheese: (pasteurized whole milk, vinegar, salt), Water, Palm Oil.
